Parent Supports

We partner with families to build trust, share transparent well-being resources, and extend learning beyond the classroom—equipping parents with tools to support well-being and strengthen their role at home.

How does partnering with parents support student well-being?

When parents are engaged, students thrive. Our parent curriculum bridges school and home, helping families reinforce well-being skills that are essential for student success.

What are Parent Guides?

Each of our lessons includes a Parent Guide. This 1-page document provides a brief overview of the lesson content as well as discussion questions and learning opportunities to use at home. Our Parent Guides offer simple, effective ways to build confidence and connection at home.

What languages are In Focus Parent Guides offered in?

Currently, all of our lessons include parent guides in both English and Spanish.

What other resources are available to support parents?

In Focus is pleased to be partnering with the Cook Center for Human Connection. As such, you have access to parentguidance.org.

Parentguidance.org is a free resource that helps parents find answers to help their child(ren). Their content is led by therapists who provide trusted and specialized courses, professional support, and a safe community of parents helping each other. It includes a free “ask a therapist” feature.
